Exchanges and returns

Currently, RIA Menorca does not process exchanges of size or colour, meaning that if you want to change one item for another, you must return the item and process a new purchase for the item you want. As soon as we have received your returned item, we will process your refund through the same payment method that you used for purchase.


You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request the return of an item.


Returns on mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal


To return a product, please email us at and include the following information:


-          Order number

-          Name and surname/s

-          Reason for return


Once we have received your email requesting the return, you will receive an email from MRW, in which you can choose the method of return: either collected from your home or delivered by you to an MRW  office; and with instructions on how to process the return.


Wrap up the product/s to be returned (in their original packaging if possible), and if not in a sturdy  box that is well sealed. Remember to include the return slip in the box.

Follow the instructions in the email that you receive from the transport agency to deliver the parcel to an MRW office or request collection from your home.  


The return of one or more products has a transport charge of €3.50 which will be deducted from your associated refund once we receive the product.

** In products manufactured on demand, returns will not be accepted.


Returns for all other areas

To return a product, please email us at and include your order number, name and surname and the reason for the return. Then, take the following steps:


1. Wrap up the product/s to be returned (in their original packaging if possible), and if not in a sturdy box that is well sealed..

2. Once you have prepared the parcel, please take it to the transport agency of your choice and leave it there, providing them with this address:

3. Please send an email to with the tracking number generated to the return.

4. You will receive an email once we have received the parcel and verified the products in order to issue the corresponding refund.


*Customers are responsible for the returned product/s arriving at our warehouse in correct condition in order to process a refund or change for another product. 

For a full refund of the item, it must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition that it was received by the customer, and including all accessories that were with it at the time of purchase.


The return of an item without its original packaging (or if the box is damaged) will be considered depreciation of the item.

If the item was subject to a promotion at the time of purchase, the refund/voucher will be issued for the amount paid by the customer, and the customer may not demand that the promotion be maintained for the purchase of another size if the offer has expired. 

The refund of a return will be processed within 3 to 10 days working days from receipt, and will always be through the same payment method used to process the order (Debit/Credit card or PayPal).

 In the event of an item having a suspected manufacturing defect, the Customer must send an email, from the account with which the order was placed, providing complete information about the order and item and including images where the defect can visibly be seen. It will always be the responsibility of the supplier or manufacturer to acknowledge the defect, for which they may request that the article itself be sent for scrutiny, requiring a waiting period for the resolution before taking any action in this regard.



Items that are deemed to be defective will be replaced by the same item if it is still available. Otherwise, we will proceed to issue a refund for the value of the article. Damage caused by misuse of the product, washing in a washing machine without following the instructions on the label, rips or accidental snagging will not be accepted as factory defects.
